This Comedic Web Series was Baddluck Production’s first project that was sent through the festival circuit. Jordan wrote, directed, edited and played multiple roles in this hilarious 5 episode series. The show was also filmed entirely on an iPhone. Reverse Psychology went on the Festival Circuit in 2020 and was a winner in the Los Angeles Film Awards and the Imagine Rain Independent Film Festival as well as a Finalist, Semi-Finalist, and Official Selection in several other film festivals.
Thelma, an escaped convict, decides to hide in plain sight as a psychotherapist, while holding the real one hostage of course. She takes over Dr. Lock’s identity and her patients. Thelma’s advice may be a little unorthodox, but it gets the job done. Plus, she learns a little about herself along the way. Add some off the wall characters, inspired by Martin and The Wayans Brothers, then a Prison Break escape to freedom and you got yourself some fools Gold.
